With a background of 30 years in public accounting, Ed has taken his expertise and shared it with thousands through his exposure in radio, television and print media.

This same experience has enabled Ed to communicate effectively in a legal setting, whether it is in a conference room or court room. His legal background includes expert testimony, litigation support, business valuation, bankruptcy services, and lost profit analysis. In addition, he has extensive experience in executive and small business tax and financial planning, estate planning, and consultation regarding acquisitions, mergers, and iquidations.

Before establishing his own firm in 1981, Ed was a partner with the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. His clients include television personalities and entertainers, attorneys, doctors, and closely-held businesses.

Ed's book, “The 10-Percent Solution — Your Key To Financial Success” has been nationally released. He is a columnist for the San Diego Union Tribune where his column “Kids & Money” is featured. He has appeared on virtually every local television news program, and has been interviewed on many radio programs.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
