Mike Lee brings over 20 years of public accounting experience to his role as a partner in the Company.

Mike specializes in financial planning, business consulting, taxation, trust accounting, and estate planning, as well as general accounting, and computer consulting. His intimate and trusted involvement with his clients has led to an expanding practice providing executor and trustee services. Additional credits include structuring of partnerships, business acquisitions and dispositions, negotiation services, consultation and forecasting for entrepreneurial ventures, and computer system design and implementation.

Mike has a large clientele of entertainment professionals, including professional athletes, coaches, managers, and general managers, throughout the country. He has a developed expertise in the special nuances of taxation and financial planning for professional athletes and other entertainers. In addition, Mike advises numerous professional individuals and corporations.

An alumnus of the University of Utah, Mike holds a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Personal Financial Planning Section of the AICPA, the Information Technology Section of the AICPA, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining the Firm in 1981, he was with the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
